Where is my order?
Tracking numbers are emailed when your parcel leaves the studio, normally 2 weeks after we confirm your measurements.
Still in production
Most pieces take 2 weeks. If you have not had a measurement check yet, we are waiting on your numbers.
Shipped
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. Transit is 7 business days to the USA, Japan and Korea, 10 to Europe, 10–15 elsewhere.
No movement for a week
Send us the tracking number and we will chase the carrier. Do not open a dispute first — it slows the carrier down.
