Transit times are working days after dispatch and exclude customs clearance. Any import duty or tax charged on arrival is the buyer's responsibility.
Returns and exchanges
Every garment is cut to the measurements you send, which means it cannot be resold to anyone else. For that reason we do not accept returns or exchanges, and this applies whether the piece is stock-sized or fully customised.
Two things we do stand behind:
- Defective workmanship. If a seam, glue line or fastener fails, or the garment is not built to the measurements you supplied, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will remake the piece or refund the defective part.
- Measurement check. We review every measurement sheet before cutting. If a number looks inconsistent with the others we will come back to you rather than guess.

Duties and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duty. Depending on your country, customs may charge tax on delivery — that charge comes from your government, not from us, and we cannot predict or prepay it.
